HOW TO ORDER
As items are individually made it is difficult to give prices until we have all the relevant information to hand. Where prices are given we make every effort to adhere to these but please be aware that leather cost are constantly increasing so please contact us for current price. Postage is not included in the pricing.
Having decided upon an item you wish to order please contact us giving details and if required sizes. We will then contact you with a quote and estimated delivery date. Postage cannot be given until the item is made, packed up and taken to the Post Office. Items are sent via the post office or courier and you will only be charged the cost of sending the item.
Please use the form provided on the ‘Measuring for Bridle’ page. This can either be posted or emailed as an attachment. If the bridle is a standard size still use the form but ignore the first 2 sections and state ‘Full’, ‘Cob’ or ‘Pony’ in the ‘Bridle type’ section. Please complete the last section which gives the widths.
Made to Measure Bridles
Either fill in the form using the instructions given or for local customers we would be happy to come and take the measurements for you, please contact us to make arrangements. Any adjustments will be done free of charge. This does not included totally remaking nosebands etc for customers measuring for themselves so please measure carefully. However we will check your measurements before hand and if they look incorrect we will contact you and ask you to check your sizes.
Customers are welcome to send repairs to us, however, it is difficult to give quotes on repair work until we have seen the job but we do operate a minimum charge which currently stands at £10. We cannot accept responsibility for items in transit to Saddler’s Den. Items will be returned 1st class recorded and the cost of postage added to the invoice. If the item is of high value and you require insurance while in transit please let us know.
